Banquet Room PoliciesReservations for parties of 20 or more must be made 3 weeks in advance. For parties that have less than 30 people attending, there are no guarantees that the room will be reserved for your party only.
Payment:A 50% deposit is required when the menu is set. The remaining amount is to be paid in full on the day of the event, plus any additional costs that may apply.
Cancellations:For a full refund of the deposit money, cancellations must be made within one week prior to the set date. If cancellations are made after the allotted time, the deposit will not be refunded.
Menu:A set menu is required for parties of 20 people or more. Since we do not charge for the use of our facilities, we regret that we are unable to offer discounts for food or beverages.
Linens:Ordering of additional linens that are not offered, will be added to the final bill.
Additional Rates:If said number in you party does not attend, the full amount of food will be charged.
Adjustments:Menus can be adjusted up to 7 days before the event. We must also be notified of a final party count within 7 days of the event.
